I have a Lexmark Z615

Question

I have a Lexmark Z615 printer that has not been used in 2 years. We are setting the computer up and have been ableto use everything except the printer. We have gone through all of the setup again. Changed the cartridges, checked connections, etc. All we get is a blank piece of paper. Help
