The answer is, of course, "it depends".  

How social is he?  How are his feathers?  Are there any behavior problems?  At that age, if he's got behavior issues, it will be a hassle to solve them.  That will lower his value.

The real issue is, does somebody in your area want a Lilac crowned amazon?  Since we don't know where you are, it's hard to say how many potential buyers there will be, and that will impact the selling price.  Big difference between Manhattan and Duluth.

The best people to ask are local fanciers and breeders.  A pet shops opinion is close to worthless.
