I have a Logitech Wireless S 510 keyboard and mouse. When I do ordinary typing the ' works fine as does the ?. When I'm in Incredimail or Excell programs, the ' looks like a small e with what looks like a grave accent over it, and the ? appears as a capital E with an acute accent over it.
