I have a Marie Claire Issue. What should I do?

A few months back I bought a Marie Claire issue and I never paid it. The issue cost $5.00, but keep forgetting to pay it. Now today they sent me a letter saying that if I don't pay the $5.00 the will put me in debt. Will that mess up my credit score? What will happen to me if I don't pay it off?

PAY IT.  That is what you do when you get a bill.

They will turn you over to collections if you don't pay. They won't sue you over it, but it is going to hurt your credit score pretty bad for the next 12 months.

Pay it today. It is $5. You'll be out hundreds of dollars in higher interest on any loan you take out in the next 2-5 years if you don't.
