Ya, but it a cop pulls you over for anything major like speeding you lose your permit and cant get it back till your at least 18 I think plus it can change from state to state so you would want to see in advance by checking the dmv website for any states you might drive in.

I'm not mechanically inclined when it comes to auto repair. Last week I had some problems with my Toyota Sienna and I wasn't sure how to fix them.
