I have a Model#ED5VHGXML10 Whirlpool. I have a Model#ED5VHGXML10 Whirlpool side by side refridge.

I have a Model#ED5VHGXML10 Whirlpool side by side refridge. I took the Ice tray out and dumped it into my cooler and replaced the tray and the ice never produced again. Every now and then, I can hear water but no ice. This has been a problem for about 10 months and my fridge is only a little or two yrs old. I also unplugged it over night but still no ice. What do you recommend?
