I have a Motorola RAZR V3m phone (~ 1 1/2 yrs old). A couple days ago the screen would go white & the phone would shut off. When the on button is pushed sometimes it will come back on & sometimes not. The behavior is very irratic. Never know how long phone will remain on & working & when it will shut down. I get no error messages prior to the screen becoming white & the phone shutting down. I have tried replacing the battery but am still getting the same issues.
