Nonetheless, if you read the label with care, you will find that you purchased a MORPHY Richards Breadmaker.

You do not specify the model number; however, my suggestions to you are the following:

(1) Do not use the delay facility if you wish the bread to rise.  

(2) The recipies work best if you use slightly less water than recommended.  

(3) Use only the basic bread setting; the quick and fastbake facilities do not work well.

(4) Make sure that your yeast is fresh.
