I have a NIKON COOLPIX S9 camera and want to delete over 200 pictures from it. ?

Do I have to delete them one at a time or is there a way to delete them all together

Format the memory card within the camera.

Press the Menu button and scroll down to the 10th item (Format memory/Format card). Formatting the card will delete everything on the card. Make sure you have everything you want to keep saved somewhere else.

Before you think of deleting, why not throw the ones you want into the computer first; then onto a cd. My unknowledgeable way of saying upload photos from camera to computer.

Then Format.
