I have a Nokia N82 Problem? please help?

My friends I have bought Nokia N82 yesterday, but today after activating GPRS when I started GPS application it got hanged, I have to open the battery and restart the phone, it happened to me repeatedly 2 times, but after that when I restore the phone to the factory settings it works, GPS works. but within this time I made a scratch on the battery unfortunately. so my question is to you that will it occur any problem to me in future, after all it's a great phone. This is my first phone please tell me.

have you checked for firmware updates? more then likely if you just update the firmware it will be worked out

A mere scratch on the battery has nothing to do with the operation of the phone.  Relax and enjoying using your phone.
