I have a Optio A20

Question

I have a Optio A20 ( this is a replacement, as the first camera was returned with the same problem)It appears that the viewing screen is cracked. Not the outer one but inside.The camera has never been knocked/ banged / or dropped !!Suggested by Jessops knowall manager.( Always kept in leather case.Is this a fault with the A20 ??Is it repairable ??At what cost ??I am at a wedding in 3 weeks.Thank You, Phil.
