I have a PC, and I need to find out how to get rid of the web search history suggestions in Yahoo and Google?

I couldn't find anything in internet options that did it, CCleaner did not do it and no one I asked in the past had any correct answers to this question. So if anyone has successfully gotten rid of the history on these two things please let me know.

I'd just reformat the drive and then find a utility to low level format the hard drive.  This way the cops will have a hard time in getting to the data.  you can also pour acid on it and try burying it atleast 50 feet underground.  hard to trace with a metal detector.

Click Tools, scroll to and click Browser Options, scroll to history and click CLEAR URL'S  then Ok.
