I have a Phillips TV with a malfunctioning screen. Is there anything I can do?

My Phillips TV is about 3 years old. The top few inches of the screen is black, and where the top should be is instead folded down into the remainder of the picture.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

lightly tap on the top bottom and side of the screen
