I have a Presario / Windows XP. When I bought the computerit was programed with Microsoft Words Programs.I still have Spreadsheet,letters ,envelopes and several others. When I click on Word prossesing now I get a response that the LTKRN13N.dII Application canot be found.I bought a Microsoft program for WORKS (WORD PROSSING)it still does the same thing.
