  1. Amoxillin can make birth control pills LESS effective, meaning that there is a chance that you might ovulated. Since you had s*x at the time you were taking antibiotic, there is a chance you migh get pregnant. Did you have s*x within 72 hours? cause if you did.. you can consider plan B.. even though it might not be good for your body since you are practically bombarding it with hormones.

  2. Taking any form or and kind of antibiotic will greatly decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills resulting in pregnancy. Always use a back up method when taking medications.

  3. There is a lot of evidence that antbiotics don't affect the pill (for example, the Planned Parenthood web site says only one antibiotic, rifampin, affects the pill, as do other web sites) however most doctors and pharmacists recommend you use condoms for the duration of your antibiotic regime and for a week afterwards. Did your prescribing doctor say anything to you? Did they also know you were on the pill? I see you've already had s*x but you can use condoms for the next week if it would make you feel better. You can also contact a doctor/pharmacist and ask them what they recommend and if they recommend you take the morning after pill even though you're on the regular pill. However hopefully the antibiotics won't affect the pill and you will be ok.
