  1. NO

Your mom is in control w/o her permission and your father's you cannot travel out of the country.

She controls your passport.  She is the adult..you the child.

    2 more years..

  2. You are a minor.  Your mother has your passport and you cannot travel without her permission.  In fact, with the international child smuggling, child trafficking, illegal immigration, child custody disputes, absconding parents, etc., immigration agencies worldwide are cracking down on unaccompanied minors traveling internationally.  So you would get into trouble even if you had your passport.

You cannot go.  Your mom says so, and she has your passport.  It is entirely up to mom, and you have nothing to say about it now.

  3. Under EU law you are able to travel back to Spain and live by yourself.  If your mother won't return your passport, apply to the Spanish Embassy for a replacement.

  4. Dude or dudess whichever you are, you are screwed. Sorry to be blunt but without a passport man you can't go anywhere. But for future reference I'll give you a site where you can buy tickets as a minor without any parental permission etc. It's expedia.com hope it helps. By the way do you have dual nationality with Spain? I do you might have more then one passport in that case so I suggest trying to get that one. Just  a thought. Hope it helps somewhat. Hasta luego hombre.
