that we are better off just BEST friends and know we just don't seem to "CLICK" like we use to... What should i do

  Are you referring to you and her as a couple and now she wants to only be friends? If that is the case you should move on and find someone who will love you for who you are.

Ask her why, then if its a "I dunno," kind of answer then just be cool with it and accept that she doesn't like you yet. If she has a good reason try to improve yourself on that case.

It always seems like whenever this situation occurs, the party that is on the receiving end of the confession ,feels somewhat betrayed.  Like if they knew you felt that way a long time ago, they would have not gotten as close, to begin with.  It hurts, and is cliche`  but time will take care of how you feel, it always does.  Perhaps that is the key, is to understand why they do not feel the same about you.  If you give it some thought and think further, that a more detailed explanation would help, and can do it in a non-confrontational manner, do it.  Ask her to explain it to you further, than "we are better off as just friends"  Hope this helps even a little.  Good luck to you no matter what.
