I have a Rabbit Issue. Can you help?

So I have 2 rabbits, one male and one female. It has seemed that when they pee lately it is a stronger smell to it, and my question is WHY? why has it got worse, is it the food, are they eatting too much, is there anything I can do to change how there pee smells? keep fresh water each and everyday, I clean the cage each day, I also switch them upfrom being inside and being outside in a big outside hutch. Does anyone know what the name of the stuff you can get to put in the water that I can buy that will help the smell? Or is my female just horny?

Yeah. rabbi'ts pee smells bad. Maybe you could get them sprayed?

And the water things. i have no idea.

the female is more than likely going through heat and the pee will smell a little better later(when she's bred/not going through heat)
