I have a Rover 800 chassis number and need to find the UK Reg. number?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it might have been stolen in the UK and brought to Ireland on false plates

  1. Call the police in the UK, they will be able to check the chassis number and see if it's recorded as stolen.  They won't tell you the Reg. number.  In fact, I'd have thought your local police would have the necessary contact to do that too.


  2. ring D.V.L.A Swansea they will have a record if it is stolen they will inform the police in the u.k it would be repossessed not sure in Ireland

  3. Phone  the police.

  4. No no no, don't call the police, if it has been stolen from england they might bring it back!!
