I have a Samsung A497. I saw online that there is a "location" setting on all cell phones that can be used instead of E911 (whatever that is) to locate the actual phone (as well as the person carrying it).I have looked all over the settings in my cell phone, and can't find any such setting. Help?Thanks,Dusty Clark
