I have a Samsung SR-S2028CSS side by side Fridge Freezer with an icemaker water dispenser. The freezer is run at -23 degrees and the fridge at 2 degrees. Recently the ice, having been made in the icemaker, melts a little and then freezes into a solid block. Water also drips off the ice, running down the front of the freezer door.Any ideas as to what is wrong?Thank you, John
