I have a Seventeen Magazine subscription, & I entered a sweepstakes, & I accidentally subscribed again?

It says in the Subscription Information that I owe $7.97.

Anyone know Seventeen magazine's email address? Or number?

What can I do to cancel the extra subscription but keep my current one?

i did that for cosmogirl! once, but i just never sent my bill. didnt get another magazine, and i didnt have a subscription beforhand, so yeah
