Can I customize a ringer and use it for my notification.

Yes its possible.

You will need a software to edit music.

There is a free one online. Google audacity.

When your done editing your song.

make sure you save it as wave file.

you will need to go to the pc that is connected with

your shortel system.

Goto my computer

Goto the C drive

goto program files

goto shoreline communications

goto shoreware client

and paste or export you wave file in this folder.

exit

now open your shortel manager

goto options and select configure shortel system

select the settings tab

then goto configure sounds

scroll down to shoreline call manager

select which one you want to customize

and browse for the wave file and save/or press ok.

your done.
