I have a Sleeping Problem. Help? ?

I never sleep. It's ridiculous. I don't even know why. School starts next Monday, so yesterday night I decided that I would stay up all night, so that I'd be tired the next day and go to bed early then wake up early then go to bed early, etc. Well, I stayed up all night last night, but I took maybe a 3 hour nap in the day. I went to bed at 8:30 P.M., and then I just woke up at 1:00 A.M. I couldn't/can't go back to sleep. I know not having enough sleep is bad, but is this kind of sleep bad? Any suggestions?

  1. please go to my answers page and read what I told k4t31yn about 14 hours ago.  It is very lengthy and I am too lazy to type it all again.  I think my suggestions will help you a lot.

Yes, this kind of sleep is not good but if it is only once in a while it won't hurt you.  The interesting thing is that you have just experienced the clinical description for what a sleep deprived person feels like.  After being up over 24 hours you enter a state of hyperexcitablity and therefore find it very hard to sleep even though you are tired.  I hope you'll try my recommendations on my answers page.  I know they will help you.

  4. You can actually have to go back to bed when you feel sleepy again or whenever you feel waking up in no time, you can actually sleep again just keep yourself still lying in bed for any minutes then you may feel bored and there until you get yourself to sleep.

Eat some sweet honey , it may also help.
