Yes it does. Look in the manual on the specs last page it will tell you. If it didn't it say HD Compatable which is not likely sounds like a new TV. ASTC tuner is Digital which picks up the Digital HD Signal off the airwaves for HD Channels.

Yes, that tv has a ATSC over-the-air tuner.   It also has a QAM tuner so you can receive any high def channels that the cable company doesn't scramble.

Note you need to connect an antenna to the TV in order to use the ATSC high-def tuner.
