  1. Misreading of your HDD can be caused by how it was partitioned at the time of installing the O/S. Thats at  the beginning of it. Another problem could be that there has been some usage of your space from downloaded programs including games, music, general software.

Try reducing the programs from your HDD. Get rid of what you dont need and keep only the essentials. This should reduce your HDD clutter.

  2. is looks like you have 2 hard drives but the OS installed on the computer will take up a bit of HD space try removing some of your applications you don't use anymore and  delete any unwanted stuff like documents or stuff that was downloaded

  3. You proabably have too much files download.

Erase some and you will have it recovered.

    Best of luck!

  4. it means you have to uninstall all that extra c**p you dont need on your computer. delete some of your personal movies

  5. I'm assuming you mean it has 96GB on the hard drive.  Are you sure you only have 13.97 left?  Maybe thats how much you've used of it so far??  If not, then you need to defrag the hard drive and delete alot of c**p you've added on there ;)

  6. What this mean is that your hard drive was partitioned into two drives, the C: drive was loaded with operating system while the process of partitioning the D: was not completed.

What you can do is to right click on My Computer Icon, from the drop down menu select manage, from the window that appears, select disk management, on the right side of the window you will see your two drives, right click on the D drive, from the menu click format.

After this exercise, you will be able to access the D drive.
