I have a Splendide 2000 s vented washer and dryer. I started a load and there was water leaking all over my floor from the washer, so I immediately turned it off. Now I'm trying to get those clothes out and the door is locked and I can't get it open. I tried putting it on several different settings to get the water to drain out and have the door unlock, but to no avail. I tried resetting it, I tried putting it on drain. It seems to work for a moment, but then it starts clicking by itself through all the cycles without doing anything. Now the motor is running but it's not doing anything and my clothes are still locked in there. I need to get them out....can you help me please??
