I have a T-Mobile Wireless internet card in my laptop, can I be online in an airplane?

It IS NOT wi-fi, it is one of the service plans that allows you to connect from anywhere, but will I be able to use it in an airplane? I know you can't use cell phones, so I'm confused

No , you can not use anything that transmits waves on an airplane .

no way a cell tower can get the signals all the way up.

in couple of years you can use your phone during a air plan u can use it then..

There are some planes that are now offering Wi-Fi, but I believe cell transmissions are still universally prohibited.
