I have a Tesco Cordless

Question

I have a Tesco Cordless DECT phone model ARC201. Both handsets have come up with range out. I have switched off the phones, unplugged from wall etc. and then reconnected - and they remain the same. I've called my land-line from my mobile and it's not the line.
