technically, no one can b/c there's no seat belt.

that's why it says "do not allow seating in cargo area" somewhere on the door, etc..

not unless their are seat belts and seats that are bolted to the car metal. unless your on private property or in a state/country that doesnt have seat belt laws which is hard to find in the US especially.

There are laws in many states that make seatbelt wearing mandatory. There are no seatbelts in a cargo area and therefore a passenger should not ride in that area. The person would have no protection in a crash and could easily be ejected from the vehicle.

Never have more people than you have seatbelts in any vehicle. An accident can happen at any time, often when you least expect it. Play it safe.

now take it down to Mexico and i am pretty sure that 4 adults and 3 babies will fit.
