Hey im 13, weigh 107 and am 5'4 tall, i need to get faster and stronger for football, i can only bench 70 lbs and i ran a 4.9 for the 40 yard dash, i know thats kinda fast but i want to get faster. any tips?

  1. start lifting legs, squat, leg press, calf raises.. like agility stuff too
