  1. Tia is correct........... call the home office and ask them to send you the forms for residency. The current fee for residency is £500. Suggest once you get all your paperwork together you treble check everything. If one piece of paperwork is not in order they will only extend your settlement visa for a year but you will be charged £500 for this. Then next year when you reapply for residency and you have got your paperwork in order they will charge you yet again another £500.

  3. Before the 2 years end you can apply for indefinite stay.

    You can get the form to apply from the same place you got your form for the 2 years settlement.
