I have a UK settlement visa (2 years) and am from S.A. what is my next step to becoming settled in the U.K?.?

Tia is correct........... call the home office and ask them to send you the forms for residency. The current fee for residency is £500. Suggest once you get all your paperwork together you treble check everything. If one piece of paperwork is not in order they will only extend your settlement visa for a year but you will be charged £500 for this. Then next year when you reapply for residency and you have got your paperwork in order they will charge you yet again another £500.

Before the 2 years end you can apply for indefinite stay.

You can get the form to apply from the same place you got your form for the 2 years settlement.
