Can I reject the package and ask UPS to take it back to the sender without having to pay a shipping fee?

  1. It depends on a few things.

First, Is it something you've ordered? If so, you will need to contact the company/person who shipped it to you and have them supply you with a Return Slip.

If you did not order the item, or for any other reason you need to return the item, call UPS.  1-800-742-5877 and have UPS tell you the steps in which you may need to take, in order to return the package.

Don't just have it dropped off w/out a return label, otherwise you'll be liable for the package, so make sure you get a Return label to place onto it.

You can find more information and help by going to www.ups.com, then select your country to continiue... Then click on Help

    Best wishes!

  2. You could have rejected the package at time of delivery, but there is no way you can prove that you are rejecting the same package 30 days later.
