I have a V3 and a Plantronics Model 330. It is not finding the device. What to do? How do I get the V3 to recognize the Plantronics 330?

  1. If you are trying to connect the 2 phones by bluetooth make sure the platronics bluetooth status is not hidden


  2. I work for a carrier and we had some problem with Plantroncis being "lemons".  Make sure it is charged fully and on.  You might need to return it.
