Basically i have a webcamera that i can access from anywhere but on my ip but its constantly changeing i download the no-ip DUC but i want something that will direct it staright to my ip

  1. That depends on what IP address is always changing. If it's the camera IP that changes, you need to either configure it with a Static IP, or tell your router to give the camera (Based on the MAC address) the same IP address all the time. If you have a compatible router, DD-WRT can do this with ease

    If it's your Internet connection IP that always changes, you could use DynDNS.org to get a free domain name. You can either run a program that updates DynDNS.org when your IP changes, or you may be able to have your router do it automatically (Again, DD-WRT does this). You could also pay your ISP to get a static IP address, but this will either cost money, or may not even be available.
