I have a Western Digital external HD which I use for backing up our family computers. This last weekend it has decided tofail. The HD connects to my computer via USB but when I do the computer gives no indication that any device has been connected nor can I see any additional drives in My Computer. The Blue light on the WD HD flashes although it doesn?tseem as bright as before.RegardsMike Lilliman
