I have a Zen 8GB MicroPhoto MP3 player. It is hung up on what I believe is a corrupted song and will not respond to any keystrokes. My PC will not recognize it as connected so I can't troubleshoot it through my PC. I'm stuck. It will rebuild the library but when it's done, it immediately displays the corrupted song as "Now Playing" and I'm right back where I was. Help!
