All the other babies started climbing a week ago and are now flying. This one just sits on the ground and looks good as far as his development and the mother still feeds him however he won't move more then a foot or so and doesn't climb. Is there anything that can be done to help the bird?

  1. As long as the mother is still caring for him..let him be.  Some birds can still survive in nature with injured legs if they are able to fly and can still manage to perch on their good leg.  He could be perfectly fine but just be a late developer.  Just let nature take it's course and hopefully he will survive.
