This is completly normal. It is also a good sign when she watches you do it then she copies it.

this is totally normal most of the time in the beginning its involuntary just like when they move a hand or a leg rapidly they are still getting familiar with their muscles. nothing to worry about she is perfectly fine.

Your joking right?  What wrong with a baby sticking it's tongue out.  My 3 month does all the time.  I think it's super cute.

Newborns do that so its normal she will grow out of this.

uuuhhhh. it's because her tongue may be a little too big for her mouth because she is NEWBORN and completely normal.
