The baby flys about the garage. Mom waits all the time for us to get away from the garage to be able to feed her baby. I feel bad for this bird when we leave we have to close the garage doors and it gets warm in there even with the windows open. will this baby bird ever leave?

  1. 70% yes..

  2. It should be leaving soon.  Do you close it up and the mother is not able to feed it once you close the garage door?  If so..this could be bad as if you are gone for extended periods of time the baby could die of starvation.  Is it possible to pick the bird up and place it in a tree or scrub (where it will be relatively safe from predators)  right outside the garage door and then close the door so it does not enter again.  This way the mother will have access to the baby all the time.  I assume this bird is fully feathered?  If so, it should be fine outside of the garage.

  3. Yes it will...
