  1. Get a better chair.

    Learn to sit a different way.

    Get one of those lumbar pillows.


  2. Exercise, you need to strengthen the back muscles and improve your core strength. Pilate's, see if their is a class locally. Best of Luck

  3. first of all do not try walking

    walkers/runners dont have awseome back muscles

    they will be stiif if you try

    you need to go to a chiropractor

    a good chiropractor


  4. Stretching and walking helps me along with with theraputic massages on a regular basis. A better chair for your back and some supprt would definately make it less painful.
