I have a bad dream last last night?Help please!?

I have a bad dream that in our house there was a male ghost. Then my brother shouted(in my dream!) that there was a man in white then I felt cold around and Then I looked at my right side and it was a Male Ghost!! In my dream, I shouted and told my mother to transfer another house but my mother refused. Then I woke up 2 or 3 am in the dawn. I woke up sweating and scared and paranoid. What should I do?

Is it someone you possible could have known (friend or relative)?  Maybe they were coming to visit you and give you a message.  If you think it might be, then ask for them before you go to sleep to come see you again and they can help you figure out what's going on.  Sound weird, I know, but might help you.
