I have a bad sore throat?

Okay so i had 8 teeth including my wisdom teeth pulled on wednesday. I am supposed to get braces today. The thing is we can't reschedule because the orthodontist is taking 2 weeks off, and this was emergency surgery to get my braces. When i open my mouth it feels like it is stretching my throat and it hurts. It hurts when i try to drink and i tried toast but it hurt. I don't think it's strep it doesn't feel or look like it. What should i do?

Tell the orthodontist/dentist/doctor... that's your best bet.

Take pain medication first... that's all I can say. That's a rough position. You're sure you can't reschedule it for a few weeks later?
