I have a bad virus and I want to get rid of it.?

Question

I have scanned with bull guard and spyware doctor several times. At first they both found a few problems but spyware found a trojun called false alert and bull guard found it as well. but they both say its gone now even though its not. My firewall keeps saying something is trying to attack me as well. What do I do> neither program said where the virus was located

trend micro has a free online virus remover and scaner called house call i would start with that. - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

if that does not work i would try a program called ad-aware. amazing program that is free. http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2008/30...

dont EVER download a random anti virus or spy ware program because half of them are viruses. there is a program called antivirus XP that IS a virus and people have been giving there credit card info to it (i know this because i work for geeksquad and see that one often)

if both of those put together do not work go on zonealarm.com and BUY and download zonealarm internet security suite. its 60$ and is one of my favorite programs on the plaint! it has everything. firewall anti virus and spyware e-mail protection etc

AFTER ALL THAT IF.. its still not gone you have something REALLY bad and i would take it to geeksquad (as a last resort) and i grantee they can remove it or they will give you your money bad (i know this because i work for geeksquad) geeksquad is a little pricey but we do dam good work. (at least my store does)
