I have a ball kind of a flesh under my right cheek's skin which moves slightly since last so many years it is not painful nor it is enlarging what is it?plz answer fast.

Which cheek are you referring to?  Trust me it makes a difference.

More than likely it is a harmlessly enlarged lymph node or a salivary gland. Can you feel it through the inside of your cheek? If it feels solid, ball-like without pain or increase in size then it is most likely one of the above. It is important though for you to consult a Dr.,preferably an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist who can give you a proper medical opinion.

It could be a tumor, or a lymph node.  Go get a doctor to check it out.

Well, I'm not sure where on your cheek it is, but the dentist told me it was a salivary gland.  But it was lower on the cheek, near the jawline.
