I have a bank of america CampusEdge checking account and saving?

Question

i only have $28 as of now because i had to pay some bills and but i need to get $1400 out of this account and i will be payinng the money back into the bank $100 every week is it possible for me to do that if yes what will be the consequences?

i can't apply for a loan i am only 17 i will be 18 next year!

They won't even let you withdraw money you don't have not to mention the overdraft fees they charge you each time you over draft.

Your 17, you should not even be considering or thinking about getting a loan.  Your already starting life on a bad foot.  Do not spend money you do not have.
