  1. Charging your debit card or credit card?

If debit, there's no way it's going to go through.

If credit, it depends on what your credit limit is, not what is in your checking account.

  2. Overdraft fees really depend from bank to bank some can charge you up to triple of what you went over

  3. The over-draft can be as much as

    $400.00, depending on the

    circumstances.

It's best to be honest, because

    the snow-ball effect could happen.

  4. OD at BOA is tiered. 1st time is $25 and anytime there after is $35 up to 5 a day. The amount that the bank will pay in the even of insufficient funds will vary for ea person/account. It is determined based on several criterias like account history, bank relationship, etc. you can try, if it lets you..great! just make sure that once the trans goes through that once you are notified by the bank, you immediately get in touch with the bank with your intentions of when to pay it off. You are usually given 90-120days before accts are closed and forwarded to chexsystems.

  5. I think the fee would be between 30-35 dollars, but I also think it could get you prosecuted cause that is allot of money to be over! If you cant afford it don't buy it!!!
