No your faucet is designed for kitchen use. You need a bathroom faucet with four inch  spread

Yeah, you most likely have a kitchen faucet, however they do have 8 inch spread lavatory faucets. If you're in a real pinch, depending on the material of the sink, you might be able to drill holes 8 inches apart. just make sure you measure center to center to get your true measurement. On the other had you can pick up a new faucet real cheap.

if it fits int the holes you can use it if it doesnt you cant  by a new one  where did you by it at lowes  nothing fits right when i get anything at that store
