I have a beer belly I want to lose?

can anyone suggest what i can drink to achieve this but i have to watch my spirit intake. And sadly alchohol needs to be involved

  3. There's more to it than that. It's about an excess of ethanol that your body couldn't dispose of at one time and causes alcohol to be irregularly stored. It's harder to get rid of. but alcohol is almost as packed as pure fat. Don't get dead drunk because it really messes with your system

  4. Um, exercising and cutting back on both food and alcohol would help. It's not alcohol alone that causes a beer belly, it's sedentary behavior and consuming too many calories.

  5. Don't drink two hours before you sleep.

    Switch to light beer.

    Only drink once or twice a week.

    Increase your daily activity level.

  7. schedule water breaks in your day (and evening) -- make sure you take in more water than alcohol & caffeinated beverages.  I lost a couple of inches (overall) when I added more water to the day.

  8. I used to drink beer everytime i went out and i started to put a lot of weight on but i begun to drink white wine and the weight just fell right off.When your not drinking alcohol try to drink plenty of water another way i lost weight.

    First thing is to change your drinking habits. Alcohol has calories so you can't help that, but you can reduce the calories that surround your alcohol. I switched my beer to Coors Light. It has the best mix of high alc % (4.5), low calories, and taste. I think Miller Lite has slightly higher alc % (4.6) but it tastes like really waterer down beer. And maybe instead drink whisky or vodka on the rocks, or with diet soda.

    Second thing is to exercise moderately on a regular basis. I discovered that in order to lose your gut, you have to reduce your overal body fat %. For men, excess fat is stored around your gut. You can't just work out your stomach because your stomach muscles are under that layer of fat you're trying to get rid of. If you do, you'll have a rock hard beer gut.
