  1. In a word, yes.  Non-alcoholic beer actually dose contain a small percentage of alcohol in it, and if you drink enough you can become drunk.  If nothing else you should be concerned that someone may see the bottle and pull you over anyway... it looks like beer (whether or not it really is) and most people won't be able to read the 'non-alcoholic' on the label in time to avoid to pulling you over.

You could take the risk and would likely be safe, but what's the point?

  2. actually non alcoholic beer has alittle bit of alcohol in it.  so just don't drink that much of it

  3. Well you will not be DUI. But they may hit you with an open container. Let us know how it goes.

  4. If you're under 21, it is illegal to purchase non-alcoholic beer. I'd assume it is also therefore illegal to possess it.

If you're of age, it is illegal to drive with a BAC over .08. You can drink and drive as long as you are under the legal limit. You'd have to drink a ton of non-alcoholic beer to reach the legal limit.

If you're talking about drinking a non-alcoholic beer WHILE driving... I'm not sure how it would pertain to open container laws. You might be ok, but I don't see why you'd want to and it probably wouldn't be worht the risk.

  5. Yes.  Non alcoholic beer has a smidgen of alcohol in it.

  6. of course it isnt, there is no alcohol silly lol

  7. Police only operate in Black & White. So, if it's made by a beer company and it's called a beer, they will consider it a beer. While you won't get a DUI/DWI, you may still get an open container violation.

  8. no

  9. Yes it is, just like it is illegal to buy a N/A beer or wine underage or under the influence.

Also, just for some to know, if you are returning an empty keg make sure you take the tap out first or it's considered an open container and you can (and probably will) get pulled over, ticketed, car impounded or arrested (depends on how much of a prick the cop is.

  10. It should be illegal to buy non-alcoholic beer

  11. yes.

  12. I think the  key word  there is  *non alcoholic*

    does  that answer your question?.

You are much brighter  than  you think

    (It is ok)

  13. Don't see why it would be.  It's not like you can get intoxicated.
